As consumers we feel we should have a voice in deciding who handles our packages. The delivery service provided by LASERSHIP has had numerous complaints from consumers regarding “missing/stolen/lost packages” which always seems to involve a limited edition sneaker drop. Forcing retailers to either compensate with refunds because more than likely the item is out of stock.  Or consumers being told they can’t get a refund and there is nothing they can do. We would like Retailers such as Nike, Adidas, Footlocker, Champs, Finishline and all other companies to STOP using Lasership altogether or to allow consumers the option to pick which delivery service we choose in the check out process.
