The crux of this petition is the invitation sent by the Kano State House of Assembly to the Chief Judge of Kano State. This is an attempt to sabotage the course of justice, attempt to invade the sanctity of the Judiciary established under the principles of separation of power and a contempt ex- facie, it is sad to say that it is a legal suicide and an act of judicial sin which cannot afford to left to breath.
