It has been 16 years since the last census in Nigeria. There has been uncertainty as to the actual figure of the population of Nigeria. For a better national planning I think it is time for Nigerians to be counted not at random. If Mobile phone SIM, BVN, Driver's License, International Passport, voters card etc. involves the use of Biometric capture, it is even more important to count Nigerians using Biometric technology. We can not afford to have another census with anonymous names else it will be better to continue with estimated population figures.
