Hello, I am Armando Ruiz. I am starting this petition in hopes of convincing my good friend, Nicole Rodriguez, to make an instagram account. I wondered if she had one and when I asked her she said no. I was shocked. This beautiful young lady needs an instagram where the world could see her yas and slayness. She says people have tried to convince her to get one but it never works out. Not this time. I take initiative and will not give up.
