There are so many dogs that are not exercised and given proper mental and physical care. They suffer from not the right amount of exercise and can cause behavioural and emotional problems for the animal. 
why buy a dog if your not willing to do what’s right by him/her.   If you don’t have time for an animal then don’t take on that responsibility.  Too many dogs don’t get passed the garden fence and something needs to be done. It’s abuse.
