Dear people with phenomenal music taste hello! My name is Kendel Dawson and I go by the name KD Sizzle. On June 25th my song “Not With Me” dropped and it was and still does sound like the best song of the year. I recently found out I was snubbed at the Grammys for record of the year and it truly did hurt my feelings, because as an artist with the ACTUAL record of the year I deserved at least a nomination. However there’s still one awards show that I want to be nominated for which means a lot more to me than a Grammy would. That is the Kids Choice Award.

My good friend Michael told me he believes “Not With Me” would clean sweep the KCA’s and I completely agreed. Ever since a kid I’ve always wanted to win a Kids Choice Awards blimp and watch everyone get slimed while I accepted my blimp. I would say a thank you speech thanking my parents, my siblings, my friends, and Spongebob for always being supportive of my dreams. 

My petition here is for Nickelodeon to nominate “Not With Me” for kids favorite songs so I can show kids that no matter who you are, or how much money you have (I got $12 in my bank account), or where you got your start, that you are capable of doing anything that you set your mind to do.
