over the course of my life, media has portrayed trans people in such a negative fashion that it filled me with a self loathing and lack of confidence that has crippled my ability to pursue my dreams. I am certain that others in my community feel the same. It would be a great gesture by Nickelodeon to set this right by hiring me and other marginalized folk to work on one of the most beloved shows to have problematic origins that I can think of, REN and STIMPY. 
The Ren and Stimpy reboot has drawn a lot of criticism since its announcement, and rightly so. John K is brilliant, but his history is tainted with very negative behavior. As a good faith measure, I propose that I be hired to counteract some of the ill will.
