When it was announced that Zoey 101 would be getting a fresh reboot, and that the original cast would be joining in, I could not have been more excited. This show was a big part of my childhood and had me longing to go to a coastal boarding school. Upon the announcement of the show getting a second take, I was thrilled to see the original cast come together. However, since that time, it has been released that celebrities such as JoJo Siwa ( Zoey Brooks) would be taking over the classic roles that I grew to live years ago. This petition is to show our love for the show, and our love for the cast to reprise their original roles as either staff, parents, or other potential characters on the show without being replaced by D-List hopefuls, and mainstream TikTok stars. This show is not for a new target audience, but like many reboots, it’s for those who grew up with the show originally. We are the ones who will make or break the ratings, we deserve a continuation on the story that was never finished. Did Zoey and Chase get married? Did Quinn kill Logan in an experiment gone awry? Did Coco ever get her honeymoon with Carl? These are the answers we need, no, we deserve. In the words of Zoey herself... Are you ready?
