parkrun is a lovely concept and unfortunately BULLYING has raised its ugly head .

Many many individuals fear voicing their opinion about pertinent issues in fear of reprisal from parkrun managment and this is disgruntling members and giving parkrun a bad name . In my case I stood up for a friend who was also bullied and her results removed from a run and also also runtimes lengthened without any justification.. She is a true ambassador of parkrun and has the completed the most parkruns in South Africa . 

Recently I have been bullied and my results removed for no valid reason at Bridgetown parkrun because I voiced my opinion on injustices in parkrun and runners being bullied .

The COO Gill Fordyce is bullying me and to date can provide no valid reason for deleting my results despite emails from a volunteer providing evidence that I completed the parkrun within the required parameters . It is extremely difficult and unfair I think for a person who is bullying to handle the complaints and give a judgment . parkrun just close the complaint and refuse to answer any correspondance . 

There needs to be a platform where participants can ask questions or air grievances and the people in charge give valid answers and reply to communication .
