April Mraz started this petition to Nick Dawson & EBSCO Development

In early 2017, EBSCO announced repair of, but later fully removed, the community tennis courts. There was dissatisfaction among the residents who were sold a house in a community with a tennis court amenity. EBSCO has explained that the courts can not be replaced due to water drainage issues. EBSCO has reported that bids have been requested to build a new amenity on the site.

It's now July 2019, and nearly 2 1/2 years have passed. The community has stared at the eyesore of a temporary landscape fence with lumpy earth and gravel remnants for too long.

We feel the disheveled mess left by the tennis court destruction is harming property value. We feel the site is devaluing the Mt Laurel brand.

We petition Nick Dawson and EBSCO to:

  1. Remove the gravel and fence.
  2. Provide and install temporary proper landscaping which can be as simple as a level, sodded lawn.
  3. Complete the above within 30 days of receipt of this signed petition.

We further hope that talks of a new and permanent amenity be continued, with the input of the residents of the Mt Laurel community.
