Nick D’Angelo a Niagara county lawyer has been arraigned on 12 counts of sexual abuse and rape (one charge is with a minor) and is now being looked at for involvement in sex-trafficking with children. Thus far, D’Angelo has been released into the public to go about his life which leaves more women and/or men and children at risk of the sexual abuse and rape from D’Angelo. He was listed as “not a flight risk” HOWEVER he immediately attempted to flee to Arizona. Evidence for this case has been proven to be tampered with (by D’Angelo) to hide proof of the rapes, sexual assaults, and now possible sex-trafficking links involving children. D’Angelo has threatened multiple victims to stay quiet as well as attempted to pay them off to keep them quiet.  Further, the judge in charge of the case (Judge Kloch) has shown proof of bias by allowing D’Angelo off on no bail, as well as swinging this case in his favor. We want Kloch removed from the case and are asking the 8th judicial district judge to bring in a judge from another county to prevent further bias in this case and to gain justice for the 12 counts of rape D’Angelo is accused of.
