NHS Pensions are not dealt with equitably 

Some people reccive their lump sum payment the day after they retire some are having to wait months and are financially compromised . Some people receive letters informing them of the amounts of pension they are getting weeks before they retire some weeks after.

There is a lack of transparancy when contacting the contact lines most people being told thier pension is being processed which does not inform people at what stage thier pension award is at. And many people receive inconsistent information 

You have worked for your pension you should have access to it and information regarding it. We want NHS Pensions to inform everyone by letter thier award details before they retire. This will enable people to financially plan for thier retirement before they actually do.
