Nurses and people will be able to see their families that they have not seen for a few years due to the pandemic.  Some people are feeling very depressed due to the conditions of travel and the frequent swabbing is also very expensive for people.  One also has to consider that we live in a very diverse community and this pandemic has affected a lot of people.  I know people who have lost loved ones and have not been able to go home to bury them which is really sad.

I cannot understand why India will be amber on the 8th August yet still the Phillipines ,Sierra Leonne are on the red list.  This feels to me to be very political as Boris is surrounded by Indians.  Why should we suffer whilst the Indian Variant was the cause for the third pandemic.  Is this fair?   Nigeria and Ghana are still amber, how many deaths have there been? All these things need to be taken into consideration as so many people feel isolated and need to be around their loved ones.  Why are the Philippines and African Countries still black listed?
