As I have been in and out of social services for my child i have noticed few social workers under the influence of alcohol and other substances as I have investigated I have found alot more substance misuse throughout social services and i think it's only right the local people get the truth about who has lifted their kids. Social services work for the trust they are not the trust. As a result of findings I believe all social workers and and persons working within social services should all have to sit drug testing each month for the wellbeing of all kids
