It has become clear that we have another pandemic on our hands. Children not being aloud to attend school until they have a negative PCR test result. We as parents, carers, guardians know when our children are actually poorly and we definitely know if it’s covid as it’s been shoved down our throats (literally) for the past two years! Testing our children because they have a cold/asthma/bronchitis is not acceptable. It’s scaring them. This needs to stop. Everyone talks about mental health well this is making it worse for our children. They want to attend school they want to learn they want to be included but when they have a symptom that you know is nothing they are shut off from school or turned away at the gates because a negative result hasn’t came back yet. Let kids be kids. Let them mix and get snotty and catch a cold. PCR and LFT testing needs to stop. We have to live with this and not live with fear anymore. Adults need to work children need to attend school. NO MORE!!!
