Linda Wilton started this petition to NHS and

Read Alan Davies SUDEP.

My oldest son Alan had seizures, I was permanently worried.

I had followed him in an ambulance, seen him resuscitated 2 to 3 times. Because he was an adult I was not given information.

Mothers instinct parents sons daughters if they have been in hospital with the same problem before, parents should have rights.

Yes its confidential but it did Alan no good.on his post mortem it has SUDEP. My one positive is Alan now raises awareness. So many only hear of this when it's to late.

Weather it was his way of coping ,his life style, I dont have the answer.

I do know if I had heard of SUDEP and shown Alan the information, he may have admitted before it was to late he needed help.

I get all the information now, its to late for Alan but if when he was in hospital if I'd been given information, I believe he may be here now.

Please sign this petition so us parents are allowed information. Yes they are entitled to confidentially having treatment but when it's the same thing a number of times. If buts maybes dont go away.   Please sign. You never know.
