Many people will argue how getting an appointment at the doctors can take unbelievably long sometimes, but how about getting one in the first place? Many of us may be committed to a busy 9-5 job or thereabouts, and with the pressures of nearly all businesses these days falling within that sector, there's no incentive for those of us to even bother to take time off for these appointments. Putting off your unwell mental health is a serious matter, and many like myself may just give up on the cause if it gets in the way of commitments. We shrug the commitment of actually getting the help aside, with the held belief that it's just too much effort to make or rearrange those appointments (because ironically enough, having the effort to help yourself is like having the effort to go about anything outside of your comfort zone in a depressed state of mind, zero). But this needs to stop, I propose a nightly service possibly even just 7-9pm or thereabouts, that would be available for the full-day working class community (or anyone who definitely cannot make it in the day). Because although we are all aware of the seriousness of mental health, we do not show to take it all too seriously when we confine it to solely these visiting hours. Thank you.
