NFL referee Jerome Boger and his crew should not be allowed to negatively impact the playoff picture more than they already have.  Their negligence on Sunday December 8th caused the New England Patriots to lose a critical game to the Kansas City Chiefs - a game with with playoff implications - and also unfairly snapped a 21-game home winning streak.

Fans continue to struggle supporting their teams while the NFL’s current leadership, processes and rules cause adverse effects to fairness.  If the NFL wants to continue enjoying their popularity, the rule committee needs to address the inability to get the calls correct while driving accountability when officials make blatant errors.
