Dear NFL Owners

We are not sure why you would think "Lift every voice and sing" is the change we want to see.

We want Colin Kaepernick reinstated and signed on a team -- With the correct pay!   We want more African American & Minority team ownership!

We want better pay for the "rest of the team" NFL players should not have to work at grocery stores in the off season due to the inequities in NFL salaries

We need more African American & Minority Coaches!

We want proper medical care for players and solutions to prevent brain injuries!

We want reasonably priced tickets so families that live near stadiums can actually afford to attend in decent seats.

We want you to reinvest in the communities that you have displaced for stadiums

We want responsible advertisements.

We want more contracts with Minority, Small and Disadvantaged Business owners.

We want opportunities so NFL players can finish their degrees if they so desire. 

Please start with that!  We don't need any more placating with songs we didn't ask for!
