Have you ever noticed how many women are on coaching staffs in the NFL? Not many. In the 2021 season only 3.75% of the coaching staff was made up of women. Not having enough female representation in the NFL affects not just women, but everyone. When women don’t see any other female representation it makes them feel like they can not get there and that it is impossible for them to achieve their goals. On the other hand when men see that there are no women in the NFL it makes them think that they are superior and better than women because they can do it and women can’t. This is why we are calling the CEO’s of all NFL teams, Robert Kraft, Bryan Glazer, Gayle Benson, and many more, to hire women that will represent 20% of their staff. Would you want your little sister or daughter to feel like their dreams are impossible and unreachable? The consequences of this not happening is that women will keep feeling like they are not good enough to be a part of the NFL association and men will keep going on with this toxic mindset of being worthier than women.
