Have you been watching the NFL Preseason? If you have, surely you've noticed that the games have been marred by terrible officiating. Right now, it's only preseason, and everybody is still shaking the rust off, but what happens when this continues during the regular season?

The NFL has ended negotiations with the NFL Referee's Association (NFLRA), the labor union representing NFL officials, claiming that the ref's are asking for too much. While the NFL fully supports allowing the owner's to make billions and the players to make millions, the NFL's Referees tasked with officiating games to ensure that NFL fans can enjoy Football season, have been tossed to the side, allowing scab referees with no experience calling NFL games to botch coin tosses, miss holding penalties, and more generally perform at a quality that is not only highly noticeable, but embarrassing to the sport. Roger Goodell and the NFL can prevent this season from being scarred by poor officiating by returning to the bargaining table and striking a deal with the NFLRA. Tell Roger that we want our football, and we want it now!
