I am a current member of the NFHR.  There are currently multiple proposals for revision of Article 1 D - cross-breeding clause in the NFHR Rules of Registration  (https://www.nfhr.com/catalog/pdf/artID.pdf . I support the proposal from Sarah Clarke that  Article 1 D be removed in its entirety .  This removal is contingent upon addition of this clause to Article 1 A "The NFHR does not register crossbred Fjords and does not condone crossbreeding." https://www.nfhr.com/catalog/nfhrreports/proposed_rule_changes.pdf
