Lance Heard is setting up his students for failure for lack of attention to detail along with a failure to thoroughly teach. His grading methods are no less horrible as his teaching, consistently marking students down letter grades for assignments they turned in. His failure to adapt to his students' needs can impact their university choices and GPA. Students struggle with keeping up with his lessons as he does not allow time to note-take, often leaving slow writers in the dust. Instead of finding new ways to teach lessons to students in an engaging manner, he relies on textbooks and another teacher's EdPuzzles. This petition is an effort to inflict some sort of change within his teaching or to fire him for the inability to teach. Any students in NFA who have had him can make a difference. Please sign.
