As students, access to fast and reliable internet is one of the basic necessities for us.  We can directly observe and rate the facilities we get from the school. Internet serves us as a 'teacher' that answers our questions. 

We, as students, have experienced over the last few months, the WiFi as well as the class computer internet is not working properly. It is proving to be an obstacle when we are into middle of important activities and it stops working!

It shows that the condition of school facilities has an important impact on student performance and teacher effectiveness. In particular, research demonstrates that comfortable classroom facilities are very important to efficient student performance.

We, as students of New York English Center, kindly request the administration to look into this matter and take necessary actions as soon as possible.
