merci de signer cette pétition si vous désirez que Newton fournisse le produit Velocity en français comportant les mêmes fonctionnalités que la version anglaise. Nous demandons simplement que l'interface client (Client Journey + 2.0), l'interface courtier incluant les "smart conditions" soit procurée en français.

Finalement nous aimerions que Newton embauche une ressource bilingue positionnée au Québec afin de supporter les courtiers sur le terrain. Ceci aurait pour effet de favoriser l'adoption de Velocity par les courtiers tout en protégeant les courtiers du réseau en cas de fermeture du produit offert par Filogix.

please sign this petition if you think that having Velocity fully translated in French with the same functions as the English version. We would like to kindly ask what was confirmed to us in 2018  is being considered as an essential part of Velocity development. We would appreciate to have the Client Journey, broker interface, smart conditions available in French ideally with a field (allowing the selection of French or English) language for the client that impacts the ways the system populates the exchanges with our clients.

Finally we would like to ask Newton to hire a bilingual ressources based in Quebec that could offer support, training and onboard new brokers. We believe this would allow Velocity to grab important market shares while providing DLC Group with clear added value in the market. Also it would protect the brokers from your network from any adverse event occurring with Filogix product.
