Over the past few days we have seen what can happen when you choose love over hate. The rightwing hate group the Proud Boys where in for a surprise when thier hashtag "Proud Boys," was overthrown by images of LGBTQ love! We ask that this be a reminder that LOVE always wins. With that in mind, we are asking that every signature on this petition take a pledge. 

"I pledge to have no less than five conversations before the November 3rd election with my family, friends, and neighbors that I know support Trump. Through personal, loving, fact based, empathetic conversations I pledge to change the outcome. When I meet fear, anger, and division with love I will always win."

Make this personal, talk to them about yourself, your kids, and your loved ones and how this election will affect their lives. For me it's my son. My 14 year old son is gay and this administration promotes hate and bigotry. There are so many issues we are facing with this president.  There are issues surrounding racial injustice and systematic oppression of black and brown people, for others still it's control over women's bodies, immigration, COVID, healthcare- and the list goes on and on. Right now two Supreme Court justices are having conversation about overturning the marriage equality act. The time is now and we must act. 

Help people see what a vote for Trump means to the rights and freedoms of those they love.  

Take the pledge and change the outcome but more importantly change the heart!!
