Woody is an essential business to the community of Duffryn. He is essentially a shop on wheels who provides essentials for the entire community. 

Would you rather people queue at ASDA in larger groups of people putting them more at risk, or getting essentials from a van outside the comfort of there own homes with no crowd or risk?
