Save our lollypop men and women in Newcastle upon tyne

The city council have take it upon themselves to put our children's safety at risk every morning by cutting costs and stop funding for lollypop men and women in Newcastle.   Everyday we have to cross a road outside the school with only a pelican crossing that cars do not stop at.  Speeding past the school daily.  Some days they wouldn't even stop for the lollypop man.  This will be the same for many school crossings across Newcastle. Putting our children's lives at risk is an incompetent decision and needs to be revoked.  Please start signing to help try and reinstate a job that is very important but to also preventing many accidents waiting to happen.
