Stop freezing the Marine Technologists in Room 1.49

Just because we like sailing in freezing water doesn't mean we want to get frozen in the Armstrong Building room 1.49.
It is so cold that we cannot think and cannot learn effectively. The vents blow cold air under the seats that start by chilling your ankles and eventually your whole body that you cannot even take notes because you're shivering despite wearing five layers and thermal underwear.
This has been brought up before and the response was that different students like different temperatures... well the British students are frozen so I the Greek and Asian ones who live in hotter countries must be icebergs.
We need signatures so that they will turn on the heating in that room or at least stop the vents blowing cold air in.
