Recently a teenager “Jayden Meyer” appeared in court for raping four 15 year old girls and sentenced to nine months home detention. Despite a judge acknowledging the consequence would ordinarily be a prison sentence of many years. If you stole a car you could get more consequences than what Jayden Meyer got dealt, the car can be replace but the trauma that these four girls have experienced will never go away they live with this for the rest of their lives. The justice system is stuffed up and needs to be changed.
