Stop the entitlement of the general public in any "customer is always right" attitude.

The people behind the counter are PEOPLE! They have feelings. Just because someone from the public has had a bad day, something has not gone their way or they don't get their way does NOT give them the right to abuse or harass front line staff.

This isn't changing at the moment because the higher up of corporate entities won't change this. They'll just give the customer what they want as if they were a spoiled toddler.

We need to change their attitude and make change happen.
