Nz funding for Endometriosis

Endometriosis is a common inflammatory disease estimated to affect 176 million girls and women worldwide in their reproductive years, and 120,000 in New Zealand. This means that roughly 1 in 10 women in New Zealand will have endometriosis. In most cases, there can be symptoms including period pain, pelvic pain, sub-fertility, infertility, severe bloating, chronic nausea and extreme fatigue. In other cases, there may be no obvious symptoms and the diagnosis is made during the course of medical procedures for other reasons.

A lot of woman and girls are suffering and enough is enough! I read what ladies are/have gone through and it is heart-breaking.I know what it is like as I had a operation recently but something needs to be done and I would like the government to fund this to help with treatment's, operations, finding a cure, and prevention!More education is needed as too many woman and girls are not getting taken seriously when it comes to being diagnosed soon enough.

Support those who are in pain, struggling at work, school, daily activities and recovering from operations.
