Jacinda Ardern promised to have a transparent government. Her government is increasingly disconnected from the general public’s concerns and questions regarding the management of Covid-19 in New Zealand.
The NZ media are neglecting to ask the difficult questions that matter to many New Zealanders. "Jessica then Tova" and the other accredited journalists in Ardern's inner circle are not keeping the government to account.
The public needs to have access to ask questions at the Covid-19 press conferences to get answers. An online platform needs to be used to allow the public to submit questions live during the press conferences and the top voted questions have to be answered by government and health officials.
