Leticia James, New York's Attorney General, is responsible for enforcing the laws of our state, both federally and environmentally, proposing legislation in New York, representing state, and state agencies, before the state and federal court, and, handling criminal appeals and serious statewide criminal prosecutions.

Note, the description does not afford her the right to render a decision of innocence or guilt in criminal investigations.

A.G. James could decide to prosecute an individual, or offer a plea bargain, which would often predetermine the outcome of a case; but, not prevent someone his due process rights in a court of law.

Attorney General James violated her oath of office, by supporting Governor Cuomo’s eleven accusers based upon an incomplete investigation:  the accusers were referred to as victims, investigative material was referred to as evidence instead of exhibits, and all the interviews taken were referred to as witness testimony. Furthermore, she had over 100 prosecutors to choose from to execute the investigation; and, chose H. Joon Kim whose contentious history with Governor Cuomo should have recused him from partaking in this case.

James’ focus was not justice; it was rumored, and quite obvious, it was to clear her path to run for Governor of NY in 2022 and remove any obstacles that prevented her from achieving success.

Shortly after, Governor Cuomo’s resignation and Kathy Hochul’s swearing in as his replacement, A.G. James appeared to have "informally" thrown her hat in the ring, for her run for New York Governor, by a photo that was taken at the State Fair.  Although nothing has been announced or confirmed yet, most people feel that it is just a matter of time.

Attorney General James should be removed from office for tainting an investigation to remove Governor Cuomo from office; and, encouraging the lack of due process afforded to every American under the Constitution of the United States.  It is abundantly clear, A.G. James abused the position and powers of her office in pursuit of removing Governor Cuomo..

We the people elect our officials to represent us, and we feel we were unjustly served by Attorney General Leticia James.

We the people have a voice in this matter.
