The GOVERNMENT bailed out the BANKS and the BANKS are making families like myself HOMELESS. 

Bank of America hired two law firms on a little disabled person without having a sit down to try to keep me in my home.  

BANK OF AMERICA attorneys gave out misleading information in writing.

1.    I had no rights because I did not have a HUD loan which turned out to be FALSE.

2.  The other law firm sold the house without our knowledge  I called the law firm to question.  Why we were not giving the opportunity to have a sit down.  Bank of America attorney yelled at me.  What are you doing she sold the house.

3.  Rosa Rey, Vice President of Bank of America closed my personal account and  she stated “She no longer wanted to do business with me because I filed a lawsuit against Bank of America which also was FALSE.  I filed a complaint which no one still have resolved my issue.

4. After ten years with no response and no original documents from BOA I just received a letter stating Bank of America transfer our account with a collection agency.

The judges, courts and most attorneys are all working together to keep minorities, handicap and the disabled from keeping the American Dream of being first time homeowners.  HELP HELP HELP!
