New York Governor Andrew Cuomo / Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman: Seek a Special Election in Freeport / Launch an Investigation

Here’s why it’s important:

Evidence, including sworn affidavits, as well as facts discovered in a recent ABC Channel 7 Eyewitness News investigative report, reveal that during the March 19, 2013 Village of Freeport Election for the positions of Mayor, Trustees and Village Justice, non-Freeport residents, non-registered voters, non-citizens and/or individuals claiming to be former Freeport residents who either had moved out of Freeport before the Election and/or were deceased at the time of the Election, somehow were allowed to vote.  Based upon this discovered evidence and investigation by ABC Channel 7 Eyewitness news, it appears that a pervasive scheme of voter fraud may have occurred in the March 19, 2013 Village of Freeport Election and that, based on same, the true vote and voice of the living, registered and legal residents of Freeport may not have been heard and recognized.

As an American citizen who is lawfully registered to vote, you have a FUNDAMENTAL CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT for your vote to be recognized and for the election process to be lawful and devoid of any fraud.  We are calling upon the Offices of the Governor and the Attorney General of the State of New York to take action and investigate and/or prosecute this matter and are calling upon them to set aside the results of the March 19, 2013 Village of Freeport Election and to hold a Special Election so that our votes and the true vote of the citizens of Freeport can be heard and counted.

Your Vote must Count!  Your Vote Matters!  You Can Make a Difference!
