Jarrod Jeremiah started this petition to New York District Attorney

There is no doubt the American police force continues to employ unethical practices and dealings with suspects, whether they are innocent are not. Coercion is a prime example of this, in which suspects are forced to act in an involuntary manner by use of threats or force. Although The Code of Federal Regulations states in Section 11.406 that "a person is guilty of criminal coercion if... they Accuse anyone of a criminal offense", this has not been followed through in case of the State v "The Central Park Five", Coercion took place by head of sex crimes unit at the time Linda Fairstein. Her criminal acts in a misdemeanor manner should not be ignored by the government and suppressed. Rather, I provoke to open a detailed investigation in Fairstein and her cases, as cases similar to this will exist as evident from a pattern of Fairstein's behavior and if the evidence is there a criminal prosecution of Fairstein so this injustice within society shall never happen again.
