[This petition can be signed anonymously!] As many are already aware, thousands of healthcare workers across New York State have lost their employment due to the Covid vaccine mandate. This is extremely upsetting as those same healthcare workers were the ones who were on the frontlines facing the unknown. Those same workers went into work constantly exposing themselves, risking themselves and their loved ones. They worked with the same PPE they had the day before. They were overworked and underpaid and STILL showed up for their shift. They could have quit. They could have left their jobs even more short staffed than they already were, but they didn’t. They did more than just show up to work. These healthcare workers deserve the same respect and praise they received before the vaccine came around. By signing this petition, this does not mean you are for or against the vaccine. Vaccinated or not, you are showing support for our healthcare workers who have unfairly lost their employment by sticking up for themselves and what they believe in. They fought for us, let’s fight for them.
