Apparently only the exterior was Listed recently - developers are quietly about to rip out the lobby interior with its Lutyens references

Keep it original why somebody want to make money off the new design. Keep it original what the lobby has NOT worked since it was open why do you have to DESTROY everything man touches and I mean EVERYTHING its disquieting.

This is an iconic PoMo building that is not as silly-looking as much PoMo architecture. The base has always reminded me of the Pazzi Chapel.

If change is indeed needed, then surely it can be more sensitive to the original.
