The heavily trafficked and dangerous intersection of Johnson Avenue and Kappock Street in Bronx, NY resulted in a fatality on Tuesday, September 7. Over the years, a stop sign and a crosswalk have been added, but the three-way stop signs currently in place are frequently ignored, putting individuals, families and children at great risk. Past requests to install a traffic light have been dismissed. We request that the New York City Department of Transportation install a traffic light ASAP.
