The New York Post recently ranked our school in the top 25% of NYC public high schools. We, the students, have worked incredibly hard to get into AP and elective classes and have dedicated a substantial amount of time and effort towards them. Three weeks into the school year, many of them have been cut in half or cut entirely. Cardozo's reputation was built on academics and the ability to get college credits while in high school, and such aspects are being denied due to this injustice. These devastating cuts would certainly be detrimental to us and our futures.
