I’m signing because I love New Smyrna just the way it it is. It would lose its charm with chain stores in town.

I love this town like it is! All the small businesses would die out and that's what makes it so special!

New Smyrna should be allowed to keep the small town beach town vibe they work so hard to create and not have to become “anywhere USA”

I’ve been going to the beach there for about 45 years and bringing in large businesses would ruin the look, feel and vibe!

A Starbucks isn’t needed. We love our little town coffee shop that are already here. NSB is a old school beach and that’s why we love it and that’s also why we are willing to pay the huge mortgage and property taxes that comes with owning a Condo I’m NSB. ! As Retiree me and my husband don’t want all this new incredibly expensive disgusting tasting OVERPRICED coffee shop it just doesn’t fit in, and they are also a “propaganda political business” We DO NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH THIS CRAP IN OUR RETIREMENT YEARS! The beach side is more of a retirement beach than a hipster beach! So if everyone wants NSB to be a hipster than my husband and I will not be subjected to this new hipster political beach. We will sale our condo on South Atlantic Ave and take our 2.5 million in retirement funds somewhere else. We love NSB it’s been part of families since the 1950. We have many family members living there as well. A better location would be out on 44

I love this town, it has grown so much in the last 5 years. Let us keep our beachside charm
