Stiffer Penalties for Dog Killers
On May 27th, Brian Douglas Perry, owner of Bay Vista Building & Remodeling of Pinellas, Inc. brutally beat his rescue dog to death. All he needed to do was return the dog per contract.

This monster is being charged with (1) CRUELTY TO ANIMALS and (2) OBSTRUCTING OFFICER W/O VIOLENCE.
He is currently out on bond. He should not be allowed near any other pets/animals.
Please help us and be a voice for this innocent dog and all other abused and neglected animals!!! This man should be put in jail and banned from ever owning another pet again!
