This year has been a roller coaster of a ride to find out whether or not we were allowed to do the "holiday loans". We were told that we could do them right before thanksgiving, then on the 5th of December they let us know that there is no one that is backing up the loans. To avoid this problem in the future we are setting up this petition so that we can change the law. 

This has been a great help to our customers in the past when we were allowed to give out holiday loans, and now that we are not able to do them for the second year in a row it has really taken a toll on us and our clients.
