New Mexico Governor and Legislators: Say NO to Mandatory COVID-19 Vaccination!

  • Vaccines are medical procedures that have a level of inherent risk, as acknowledged by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Food a Drug Administration (FDA).
  • Since 1986, vaccine manufacturers have been exempted from liability for any injury or death caused by vaccines.
  • As of February 4, 2021, over 12,000 negative reactions to COVID-19 vaccines have been reported to the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System, including anaphylactic shock, paralysis, and hundreds of deaths.
  • Additionally, there are no long-term safety studies of COVID19 vaccines.

New Mexico Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham has stated that COVID-19 vaccinations will be mandatory for certain populations in the state, including educators, healthcare workers, first responders, childcare workers, nursing home workers, and nursing home residents.

It is a fundamental right for people to be able to choose whether or not to undergo medical procedures, including vaccinations. We demand that COVID-19 vaccinations NOT be made mandatory by the government, nor allowed to be mandated as a condition of employment. Furthermore, the government of New Mexico CANNOT have the power to vaccinate children without written parental consent, nor to allow discrimination based upon vaccination status.
