The state of New Mexico does not have an official beverage. The people of New Mexico have enjoyed coffee for ages, and currently the coffee scene in New Mexico is one of the biggest and fastest growing in the country. From home grown coffee roasters like New Mexico Piñon Coffee and Villa Myriam, to everyone's favorite locally owned coffee shops like Little Bear and Cutbow, coffee has become something of a personal thing to New Mexicans. Coffee is diverse, flavorful, and bold just like the New Mexicans who drink it!
