It has come to my attention and to the other residents of New Jersey who wish to own and buy BB/Pellet rifles requires a license, pay a fee, and must be approved by police. We believe that this requirement is both unconstitutional and unnecessary because BB/Pellet rifles or pistols and incapable of murder and are not dangerous in use by an adult. We petition that the license requirement to posses or purchase a BB/Pellet rifles or pistols.
