The servers have had the wage of 2.13$/h since 1992. In the last 26 years the economy and prices have changed quite a few times. With the wage from 26 years ago and the living costs of today, the 2.13$/h makes no sense and brings the people in the service industry close to extreme debt or even bankruptcy. It is time to bump the wage to 10$/h and add the gratuity of at least 15% to all checks of any amount.
