The services of the Verizon Verizon and Optimum have been so bad that simple things like a Google search would barely load. Even as I’m writing this, my Wi-Fi connection is so terrible and so slow. For the amount I pay every month for Internet and phone the speed should be lightning fast. For the amount I pay every month for Internet and phone this speeds should be lightning fast. This needs to change!

We are mandated to do remote learning, and the service is very slow and spotty.

Sprint services has 4 spots in town that are not covering service area whatsoever !
