Paper ballots for New Jersey

New Jersey is one of only three states that use paperless voting machines. If a machine were hacked into, there would be no way of auditing the election for accuracy. There is no paper trail.
The United States Intelligence Community states that between 21 and 39 states had their election rolls hacked into by Russian operatives. The NSA states that there is no evidence that election counts were changed, but that is because they never looked into it. If you don't investigate you won't find evidence.
Nations in Europe, fearing Russian interference, changed to paper ballots. It is the only way to securely audit an election.
The United States should return to paper ballots. Democracy can only survive if elections are secure.
